At that time, I weigh 95kg
This is how I look like today (1st January 2017)
I have failed miserably in trying to achieve my goal to loose weight and stay healthy. In fact, instead of loosing weight, I gained additional 5 kg last year.
To be honest, just after 2 weeks into my exercise program, my weight decrease to 91 kgs (this was the lowest weight I achieved last year) and after exercising about 2 weeks, we celebrated Chinese New Year.
It was during Chinese New Year that I gained back my weight and started procrastinating - giving excuses to exercise later slowly, the added months turned into a year.
The hardest issue I have was that there was no one to push me to or accompany me to exercise. I had no one to do it with me. During my primary school days, I was also fat. However, things started to change when I joined the running team. I was training with my school friends (whenever possible) running around the 400 m track and field. My intention at that time was just to hangout with my close friends. However, after running a couple of times around the field, I got used to it and slowly, I am able to jog non-stop for ten rounds around the field (total of 4km per day) and I was doing it like 3 times a week. The training with my friends slowly became an addiction. Things started to go downhill after I lost touch with my school friends.
Almost 20 years later, I am back to being obese. Please don't get me wrong. I love myself but I don't love my unhealthy lifestyle. My medical records shows alarming health problems. That is why, I have decided not to give up on the hope of loosing my weight this year.
According to http://www.bmi-chart.info/bmi-calculator my BMI is 31.7 (Obese)
The cut off point for me to be on the healthy range is to achieve a weight of 58.9 kg to 78.4 kg.
Therefore, I end this by saying, "I AM EDWARD. FROM TODAY ON WARDS, I WILL ACHIEVE MY WEIGHT LOSS GOALS FOR 2017"
